Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ThreadPing ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ThreadPing is operated by Saucon Software LLC.

2. Description of Service

ThreadPing monitors Reddit for keyword mentions and uses AI to draft reply suggestions. The Service does not post to Reddit on your behalf. You are solely responsible for any content you post to Reddit using drafts generated by ThreadPing.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ThreadPing only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Post spam, unsolicited advertisements, or deceptive content on Reddit
• Violate Reddit's User Agreement or any subreddit's rules
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Scrape or collect data beyond normal use of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts before posting and ensuring they comply with applicable subreddit rules and Reddit's terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• ThreadPing offers monthly subscription plans billed through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. AI-Generated Content

Reply drafts are generated by the Anthropic Claude AI. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
• You must review all drafts before posting
• You are solely responsible for any content you post to Reddit
• ThreadPing makes no warranty regarding the quality or appropriateness of AI drafts

6. Intellectual Property

The ThreadPing platform, design, and code are owned by Saucon Software LLC. You retain ownership of the monitor configurations and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of Reddit data, or the quality of AI-generated content. Use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saucon Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to account bans, reputational harm, or lost business resulting from posted replies.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
